Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
